Vorgehensmuster für Erfolg

Erfolgreiche komplexe Vorhaben laufen nach einem ähnlichen Muster ab. Erfolgsentscheidend ist die Projekt-Initiierung (oder auch Projektaufsetzung). Dort werden die Weichen gestellt:

  • Handlungsbedarf und Dringlichkeit erkannt und mitgetragen?
  • Themen geklärt? Ursachen und Symptome verstanden?
  • Zielvision für das Vorhaben im Führungskreis gemeinsam getragen?
  • Erfolgskriterien identifiziert? Gegen Stolpersteine vorgesorgt?
  • Führungskoalition an der Spitze etabliert?
  • Projektteam mit einschlägiger Erfahrung?
  • Rolle der externen Unterstützung geklärt?
  • Veränderungsprozesse vorbereitet?
  • Vorhaben unternehmensweit kommuniziert?
