Managing Director
Esther Kuhn is the managing partner of GroNova and a member of the group executive board of MAGNALIA. In addition, she is an active client service director. In the past 10 years, she was an independent executive search provider and interim manager. Before that she had various senior management positions at Unilever, Mars, Hewlett Packard and ALSO. She has a degree in business administration and marketing.

Beda Elmiger, member of the executive board, is responsible for customer service in the Zurich and Eastern Switzerland region. He has many years of international industrial experience. In his professional career, he gained extensive experience as managing director in the areas of business and organizational development as well as sales and marketing. His experience in the deployment of managers is great: "Success comes with the right person at the right time in the right place!“

Manuela K. Arnold is a member of the management team with extensive international experience in the healthcare industry. She possesses expertise in the areas of pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter (OTC) products, medical technology (MedTech), and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). With her extensive background in marketing and sales, she has served as a managing director in the healthcare sector for several years.
She has worked in both large companies and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing her with a broad understanding of different company sizes and structures.
Her expertise lies in customer care and building long-term relationships with clients. She operates throughout Switzerland and possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss market, while also offering support for international inquiries.

As a member of the Executive Board, Michèle Wick is primarily involved in the areas of finance, IT and digitalization. Over 30 years of experience in finance and more than 10 years of experience in ERP consulting and implementation provide her with the necessary expertise. Through leadership and management positions in various organizations, as CEO and CFO in SMEs as well as through the management of various digitalization projects, she also knows many of the challenges that need to be managed in out-of-the-ordinary business situations.
She supports clients in using the valuable experience gained from other projects to successfully achieve their goals or overcome various challenges.

Susanne Bättig is a member of the executive management team at GroNova AG and brings extensive knowledge in sales and marketing, along with many years of experience in large international corporations. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented numerous projects, gaining valuable insights into global markets and structures.
She has held various management positions, including at a leading American computer manufacturer, where she was responsible for the distribution business across several European markets. Her hands-on approach and passion for logistics and supply chain management set her apart.
Her ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships, combined with her strategic thinking, enables her to tackle complex challenges with precision and achieve sustainable results.
SkillPool Manager
Desirée Jaensch has been working part-time since March 2022. As a Project Manager, she was initially responsible for the development and implementation of projects in Contact Management.
Since April 2023, she has been responsible for the entire applicant management in the SkillPool team. She supports the expansion of our manager pool and helps our partners to fill requests for interim managers.
After completing her master's degree in business education, business administration and economics, she worked for several years as a consultant and product manager in the financial services sector. She was responsible for personnel development, customer care, acquisition, as well as design and sales of in-house training projects.
Finance
Patrizia Lämmler is responsible for finance and administration at GroNova. With a completed apprenticeship as a businesswoman in the fiduciary sector, a high school diploma (Matura), and targeted further education, she brings a solid technical foundation. Growing up in a family business, she learned trust, consistency, and dedication at an early age. She worked in the industrial sector for 20 years. There, she served for many years as Head of Finance, HR, and Administration, providing her with a deep insight into the business processes of manufacturing companies and their challenges.
